Dual-concentration, remedial, sludge, sludge and scale dissolver for thermal plants. Anticorrosive product suitable for all types of systems both multi-metal and synthetic. ANTINEX 2X STRONG keeps limestone and deposits contained in the plant in suspension, also does not contain chromates in compliance with current laws. The product contains an effective biocide that can prevent, or at least greatly reduce, the development of algae and biological products within the system often associated with other deposits. Uncontrolled development of algae or bacterial flora amplifies the causes that create impediments to regular water circulation within the system.
How to Use:
The product is recommended on medium-life, even dated, but NOT compromised systems. Empty the system from the circulating liquid, so that most of the inconsistencies present are immediately eliminated; check the amount of water inside the system by using a liter counter, so that dilutions can be carried out correctly. Use ANTINEX 2X STRONG at the rate of 0.5 lt for every 80 to 100 lt of liquid circulating in the system (equal to about one 0.5 percent); higher dosages can be used in stubborn cases and do no harm. Circulate the boiler at full capacity for 15 to 20 days depending on the age of the system, protecting the boiler with special self-cleaning filter WL-FILMAT RAH HOT with cartridge WL-CART-FA HOT. In case of inability to circulate the product, (new boiler already installed, or no boiler), use the special pumps of the DISIFLUX series equipped with electric resistance by dosing the product at 1 – 2% of the circulating liquid for at least 3 – 6 hours and in any case the time necessary until the water flows clean. The temperature will promote the dissolution of sludge by shortening the flushing time. The procedure can be conveniently monitored with a conductivity meter or turbidimeter, especially on medium to large systems larger than 1,000 lt. We recommend contacting the Facot Chemicals Technical Department for this procedure.

The product also contains an effective biocide that can prevent, or at least greatly reduce, the development of algae and biological products within the plant often associated with other deposits. The uncontrolled development of algae or bacterial flora exacerbates the causes that create impediments to the regular circulation of water within the plant.
How to Use:
Use ANTINEX+Thermakil at the rate of 2% of the fluid circulating in the system. Run the boiler at full capacity for 15 to 20 days depending on the age of the system. Then drain all the fluid and backwash with water. Charge the system again by adding FILMAX+Thermakil anticorrosive filming agent and the necessary percentage of ATIGEL / ALIGEL. Intervention times are drastically reduced by using special Disiflux pump.
Filmax 2 Strong
Double-concentration chemical conditioner having corrosion inhibitor, protective and filming functions, with explicit antiscale and anti-algae action, suitable for multi-metal thermal systems, both traditional and latest generation and radiant panel systems. Compatible with all metals and plastics that make up a thermal system.
How to Use:
The product is recommended on both new and moderately dated, but NOT compromised systems. After verifying the water content of the system and cleaning it with FERRONEX or ANTINEX depending on whether it is a new system or one that has been in existence for more than 6 months, introduce FILMAX 2X STRONG into the system through the most favorable point, using if necessary a loading pump or the FILTANK dosing system by connecting to any point in the system. It is recommended to use 0.5 lt of product for every 100 lt of circulating water (corresponding to 0.5 %), to achieve proper protection as well as weakly alkaline pH values (8 to 9 approx.).
Filmax Themakil
Chemical conditioner having corrosion inhibitor, protective and filming function with explicit antiscale action, suitable for multi-metal thermal systems, both traditional and latest generation and radiant panel systems. Compatible with all metals and plastics that make up a thermal system. By forming a monomolecular film on the walls of the systems, it eliminates thermal and gaseous stresses due to the coupling of different metals. It also contains an effective biocide that can prevent, or at least greatly reduce, the development of algae and biological products within the plant. Uncontrolled development of algae or bacterial flora in fact creates impediments to the regular circulation of water within the system.
How to Use:
It is recommended to use a minimum of 1 to 2 liters of product for every 100 liters of circulating liquid. The quantities are a function of the variety of metals that make up the system and should be established on the basis of the hardness and purity of the water (understood as the absence of corrosive ions) and the operating temperature; the higher it is, the greater the quantities to be used. It is necessary to combine FILMAX+Thermakil on new or well pickled plants with first-rate antifreeze agents if the percentage of the same is less than 30 %.
